Board Chair Joan Grzywinski, Vice-Chair Richard Anfang, Secretary-Treasurer Kathleen Lantry, Commissioner Daniel Bostrom, Commissioner Scott Hutton, Commissioner Nneka Morgan, and Commissioner John Regal.
Johnson's Saint Paul experience began in 1982 when he became Director of the Housing Division of the City's Department of Planning and Economic Development (PED). There he helped to assess the city's housing market needs and worked with the business community to create, finance, and deliver housing-finance and real-estate products and services. In 1987, Mayor George Latimer named Johnson Director of PED, a 150-member organization. As Director, Johnson helped create and implement numerous business and real estate growth projects. He also participated in housing finance and production; job creation and tax-base expansion; neighborhood redevelopment; job training and tax-base expansion; and policy planning and land-use regulation. Johnson joined the Port in 1990 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In August 1991, he was named President and Chief Executive Officer.
A native of Montana, Hansen received a bachelor's degree in business with an accounting emphasis in 1977 from the University of Montana. She earned a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota in 1990, and is a certified public accountant. Following four years of public accounting experience with Arthur Andersen and KPMG Peat Marwick, she worked in US Bank's regional accounting and finance department from 1980-87, and in commercial and retail loan operations from 1987 to 1990. She joined the Port Authority staff in 1991 and left in 1993 for Texas, where she worked as a financial services consultant. She rejoined the Port Authority staff in 1995. In addition to her professional commitments, Hansen is a member of the Board of Directors and chair of the Finance Committee at Mounds Park Academy in Maplewood.
At the Port, she is responsible for Industrial Brownfields Redevelopment, Employer Solutions Inc. for workforce development needs, Harbor Management and Commercial Navigation on the Mississippi River, and Financing for expanding manufacturing companies. Ms. Louder is a board member of Great River Greening, the Saint Paul Neighborhood Development Center, and the Ramsey County Workforce Investment Board. She also is a member of the General Advisory Committee of the Saint Paul Technical College, the Environmental Bankers Association, and the National Association of Local Government Environmental Professionals. She has spoken extensively throughout North America about best practices in distressed real estate redevelopment, and about solutions to customers' workforce needs. She has a master's degree from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College. She has a real estate and economic development certification from the National Development Council, and she is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the American Institute of Certified Planners.
A native of Saint Paul, Kyle graduated from the College of St. Benedict in St. Cloud, MN, before serving in as a U.S. Army officer in Europe. Military duty gave Kyle a deep appreciation for service and for developing local community. Before joining the Port in May, Kyle spent the past 11 years serving the metropolitan business community in a wide array of sales and marketing positions. She is skilled in strategic financial planning, relationship and business development, and lives by the adage: Anything worth doing is worth doing well."
A life-long Twin Cities resident, Morin was graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in economics. He is a licensed Minnesota real estate broker and a certified shopping center manager. He has a broad range of experience in property management, as well as in the leasing, financing and disposition of office, retail and industrial buildings. Before joining the Port in 1992, he held positions as Vice President for both Towle Real Estate Co. and the Lincoln Co.; and he was Director of Property Management and Leasing for the Ron Clark Construction Co.
She has more than 15 years of leadership in executive positions involving board of directors and shareholder relationships, system and process improvement, goal attainment and results management. Her executive experience includes human asset management, executive policy setting, operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction attainment, brand identity/value proposition, marketing, and effective corporate community relations. Ludden is a mentor to developing female executives through the volunteer program of Menttium, which promotes retention and diversity in Fortune-ranked companies. She is board chair of the University Good Samaritan Care Center in Minneapolis, and has held director and executive board positions in six political and grassroots issues organizations. She is active in the Human Resource Planning Society, Human Resource Professionals and other associations of organizational development, training and human resources professionals. Prior to her corporate career, Ludden was a family therapist and couples counselor in private practice, and several private counseling agencies and Hennepin County Mental Health Center. Ludden performed graduate coursework in the School of Social Work at the University of Minnesota. She has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Services Administration from Metropolitan State University, and attended the University of Minnesota.
