First Step – Next Step:
A job training, placement, and career advancement strategy in partnership with Regions Hospital, the Saint Paul Foundation, and the McKnight Foundation.

Center for Working Families (CWF):
Employer Solutions Inc., under a contract with Lutheran Social Service, provides a myriad of individual employment coaching and job search services to clients of the CWF on the East Side of Saint Paul.

Training for non-profit and public service providers:
Developing effective business relationships and job development from a demand-driven approach: Minnesota Department of Human Services, Refugee Program Office; Council on Crime and Justice (2); Minnesota Community Corrections Association; Defendant Offender Workforce Development Association.

National Institute of Corrections (NIC), Washington, D.C.:
NIC contracted with ESI to provide training and capacity building through workshops and provision of training materials to federal and state corrections professionals from around the country at its National Offender Workforce Development Conference (2,000 attendees).

Employer/Corrections Industry Forum:
Contract with Minnesota Department of Corrections, a direct conversation between business leaders and corrections industry professionals to articulate the needs of business and what the corrections industry must do to produce viable, competitive job candidates.
