The Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13) governs all data collected, created, received, maintained or disseminated by the Port Authority.  This law presumes that all such data is public unless classified otherwise.

We do not sell any of the information we collect for any purpose.  We use this information to help us make our website more useful to visitors; learning about the number of visitors to our website and the types of technology our visitors use helps us improve the website and the services we offer.
