This was the second river terminal of the Port Authority. It is located below the Lafayette Bridge north of Fillmore Avenue.  It has been utilized for barge cleaning and repairing.

Facility that houses the Harbor Operator that provides switching activities, dry-docking, barge maintenance and cleaning for customers moving their barges through out the Twin Cities ports.
