This was the second river terminal of the Port Authority. It is located below the Lafayette Bridge north of Fillmore Avenue.  It has been utilized for barge cleaning and repairing.

This terminal houses the Harbor Operator providing break-bulk fleeting services, dry-docking, barge maintenance and cleaning for customers moving products through out the Twin Cities’ ports.
