You’ve heard about it and it’s true. 

Minnesota’s workforce population is skilled, highly educated, loyal, and committed.  We have the highest workforce participation rate among women (second among men) and one of the most productive labor forces in the country.

Our young people are learning work skills early too.  Minnesota’s teenage workforce participation rate is the highest in the U.S.  They have access to great schools, which in turn produces a very high graduation rate.
