Lee Krueger began with the Saint Paul Port Authority in 2012 and was promoted to president in 2016. Lee brings to this role 30+ years' experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Lee earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Moorhead State University and master's degree in planning from the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota. Lee also holds a real estate broker's license in Minnesota. He is also actively involved with the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Association and International Council of Shopping Centers.
Todd Hurley joined the Saint Paul Port Authority in 2019 as CFO/COO. Prior to joining the Port Authority, Todd spent nearly 30 years with the city of Saint Paul, where he was most recently the director for the Office of Financial Services. Todd holds a B.A. in business administration and finance from the University of St. Thomas.
Monte Hilleman came to Saint Paul Port Authority in 2005. In his role as senior vice president of real estate development, and leader of the development team, Monte is responsible for redeveloping brownfield properties for light industrial use and leading Saint Paul Port Authority’s real estate consulting services across Minnesota.
Monte has an additional 10 years of experience working on brownfield redevelopment and economic development. He holds a B.A. in urban studies from the University of Minnesota and serves on the board of directors for the Minnesota Chapter of U.S. Green Building Council.
Andrea Novak joined Saint Paul Port Authority in 2016. In her role as senior vice president of marketing, Andrea is focused on building transparency in the community through marketing and communication efforts. Andrea brings to this role approximately 20 years of experience in both the nonprofit and financial sectors.
Andrea holds a B.A. in communications from Saint Cloud State University. Andrea also serves as a board member for Meda.
Ann Kosel has held several positions at the Saint Paul Port Authority since 1985, taking a 10 year break from 1998 to 2008. In her current role as office manager, Ann provides administrative support and prepares information for monthly board meetings.
Ann brings to her role 20+ years of experience. She received computer training from Globe Business Training and is a Notary Public.
