Lee Krueger


Lee Krueger began with the Saint Paul Port Authority in 2012 and was promoted to president in 2016. Lee brings to this role 30+ years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Lee earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Moorhead State University and master’s degree in planning from the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota. Lee also holds a real estate broker’s license in Minnesota. He is also actively involved with the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Association and International Council of Shopping Centers.

Laurie Hansen, CPA


Laurie has been with the Saint Paul Port Authority for close to 20 years. In her role as CFO, she is responsible for all accounting and finance functions. Prior to joining the Saint Paul Port Authority, Laurie worked in public accounting for 3 ½ years and the banking industry for 10 years.

Laurie holds a B.S. in business administration-accounting from the University of Montana and an MBA from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota. Laurie was awarded CFO of the Year (2013) and Top Women in Finance (2006). On a personal level, Laurie is active in P.E.O. International and serves as president of the Woodbury Chapter.

Monte Hilleman


Monte Hilleman came to Saint Paul Port Authority in 2005. In his role as senior vice president of real estate development, and co-leader of the development team, Monte is responsible for redeveloping brownfield properties for light industrial use and leading Saint Paul Port Authority’s real estate consulting services across Minnesota.

Monte has an additional 10 years of experience working on brownfield redevelopment and economic development. He holds a B.A. in urban studies from the University of Minnesota and serves on the board of directors for the Minnesota Chapter of U.S. Green Building Council.

Brenda “B” Kyle


B Kyle started at Saint Paul Port Authority in 2006. In her current role as senior vice president of strategic development and co-lead of the development team, B is responsible for project development and relationship building. Prior to joining Saint Paul Port Authority, B worked in the private sector, gaining experience in sales, finance, and capital equipment/manufacturing. She also spent four years as an active duty Army officer in Europe.

B earned her B.A. from the College of St. Benedict. She is the board president for Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association (MPMA) and serves on the Midway Chamber’s board of directors. B was awarded with MPMA’s President’s Award in 2007 and 2014. B also holds her real estate license.

Eric Larson


Eric joined Saint Paul Port Authority in 2008 and currently serves as the organization’s general counsel. In this role, Eric is responsible for legal, compliance and oversight.

Eric brings to his role 19 years of experience. He holds a B.A. from Carleton College and a Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline Law School. His awards of distinction include Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) Public Lawyer Award of Excellence (2014) and Law and Politics Super Lawyer (2004),

Eric is admitted to practice law in the following courts: State of Minnesota; U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota; U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit; U.S. Tax Court; and U.S. Bankruptcy Court. He is also actively involved with the following organizations: MSBA, American Bar Association and Twin Cities Carleton College Alumni Association.

Andrea Novak


Andrea Novak joined Saint Paul Port Authority in 2016. In her role as senior vice president of marketing, Andrea is focused on building transparency in the community through marketing and communication efforts. Andrea brings to this role approximately 20 years of experience in both the nonprofit and financial sectors.

Andrea holds a B.A. in communications from Saint Cloud State University. Andrea also serves as a board member for Meda and 360 Communities.

Laurie Siever


Laurie Siever joined Saint Paul Port Authority in 1981. In her role as Senior vice president of Administration, Laurie oversees all office operations, data practices requests and technology.

Laurie attended Saint Catherine’s University and received her Human Resources Generalist Certificate from the Univeristy of Minnesota. Laurie is a member of the International Personnel Management Association and the Society for Human Resources Management.
