Armed Driver Guard

The Armed Driver Guard is an hourly position and reports to the Branch Operations Manager. Armed Driver Guards are responsible for providing secure and reliable transport of cash, securities, and other valuable cargo for financial institutions, businesses, and other customers. In doing so, a driver guard must practice heightened security protocol and safety procedures, provide outstanding customer service, and demonstrate competence ensuring accuracy in all delivery and receipt of cargo. Job Specifications:
 $15..00 / HR – $16.30 After training
 All positions are Full-Time
 Time and a half after 40 hours
 Average day varies between 8-12 hours

Job Requirements:
 Must be 21 years of age in accordance with US DOT Standards
 Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
 Ability to pass a DOT physical and be issued a DOT Medical Certification
 Permit to carry a weapon or ability to obtain a permit to carry a weapon.
 Steady employment history
 Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check
The Armed Driver Guard job duties require the following physical abilities:
 Carry a minimum of 50 pounds by hand up to several hundred yards by cart
 Loading/unloading cargo consisting of multiple bags and boxes of coin
 Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out
 Verbally communicate with customers
 Record information on forms and reports
