Hiway is looking for a Bilingual (Hmong/English) Mortgage Loan Advisor who will have the opportunity to build professional relationships and work with a great group of people. This person will guide our members through the mortgage lending process while advising them and answering questions along the way.

The Day to Day Job:
· Establish and maintain professional business relationships with members
· Provide private consultation and mortgage advising as requested
· Prepares loan application packages and advises members on the best mortgage products available for their situation
· Enter loan data and conduct initial quality check to ensure compliance with Fannie Mae requirements
· Perform follow-up on all files to expedite approval, informing members of necessary documentation and information needed

· Required to obtain or possess a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) qualifier (i.e. registration number)
