This person will work with members to provide them with a wide variety of consumer loan products and qualifies or denies members for consumer loans in compliance with current rules, regulations and practices.

The Day to Day Job:
· Assists members with the loan application process
· Underwrites- approves and denies loan applications
· Books loan to core system
· Gathers background information on loan applicants and inputs into lending platform
· Calculates debt-to-income ratios
· Calculates loan-to-loan ratios
· Assists members and employees with questions regarding lending products and services
· Answers incoming phone calls about potential and current loans
· Actively cross sells ancillary loan products
· Actively pursues auto refinances
· And other duties as assigned
· Works occasional Saturday
What we’re looking for:
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Well organized
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office a must
· Able to perform basic mathematic calculations
· Proficient in MerdianLink, LoansPQ and XA software
· Ability to learn various software:
-Fiserv’s XP2, Fiserv’s DNA, Rate Genius, OpenLending, Premier eTitleLien
· Previous lending experience required
