Job description: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and employees in a service center atmosphere
Compensation: $15.00+/hr, depending on experience and schedule
Work hours: Shift available 7 days a week on set schedules
Job responsibilities include:
- Inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, texts and email
- Data entry
- Research and problem solving
- Scheduling service & collecting payments
- Support to other Warners’ Stellian departments
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- PC literate
- Attention to detail
- Dependable
- Understands the importance of the customer and is customer-focused
- Previous Product Support, Customer Service or Call Center experience required
- Minimum 3 years experience in an in-bound call center
