As an engraving specialist, you will work as part of a team to personalize products using laser and rotary engraving machines operated by graphic software. You will also assist other teams with personalization projects as needed for customer orders, display samples, and new products. This entry-level position reports to the Personalization Services Manager.
Key Activities
Engraving
- Personalize products using rotary and laser engraving technologies
- Provide accurate and timely personalization
- Learn and master software specific to engraving applications (training provided)
- Inspect products before and after personalization to ensure all quality standards are met
- Meet established efficiency and productivity standards
Administrative
- Correspond with customers via email to finalize engraving details
- Record engravings as they are completed
- Update engraving templates and guidelines as needed
Customer Service
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to provide excellent and timely customer service to Terrybear customers
Education | Experience | Competencies
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a production environment is preferred
- Engraving experience is a plus (training is provided)
- Some experience in customer service is preferred
