Teller, 30 Hours Per Week

Hiway is looking for a Teller who will have the opportunity to get involved with a variety of projects and work with a great group of people. In this position, you will help support our members in achieving their financial goals and serve as a trusted resource in the organization. This position is scheduled up to 30-hours per week and requires availability Saturday mornings until noon and weekday evenings up to 6 pm.

The Day to Day Job:

• Take part in creating a welcoming, positive environment
• Build long-term relationships with our members; take pride in helping people
• Serve as the first point of contact for teller transactions and inquiries
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, minimize errors and risk of fraud
• Assess member needs and recommend products that can help them reach their financial goals

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Comfort with working independently and on a team
• Experience in a credit union or bank environment a plus.
