Key Responsibilities
- Our Zund/Computer Cutters need to be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions, follow company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines.
- Receives production orders and assignments from their supervisor
- Ensure quality of job throughout run, including adjusting cutting depth, clean cuts, etc.
- Respond to quick turnaround projects and perform well under tight deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
The Best Candidates Will Have
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have good judgment of color, design, and printing quality
- Ability to read blue prints
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Ability to read and understand tape measure and units of measure
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to an ever-changing work environment
